Your challenges

  • You’ll set up a plan to attract employees and to reinforce our Employer Branding to this effect. This means that you’ll look at the means necessary to find suitable workforce (budget, channels, stakeholders, preferred suppliers, schools, organisations, etc.)
  • We’ll also need you to stay on top of your numbers and analyse which sources, incentives, channels yield the best and most effective return
  • Also, we’d like you to consolidate the various initiatives and turn them into an efficient and sustainable sourcing process
  • Apart from setting up recruitment projects, you will also be responsible to screen and interview relevant candidates and secure a smooth selection process
  • Off course you’ll liase with numerous stakeholders (Reward, HRM’s, hiring managers, etc.)
  • You will report to the recruitment & development manager and will work closely with our recruiter for blue collars.


Your talents

  • You are a creative and resourceful organizer, who knows the recruitment scene and understands what it takes to attract talent
  • Though you’re an unstoppable idea generator, you work pragmatic and organized: you know how to set up a plan, follow through and keep your numbers in check
  • You can easily liaise with different stakeholders and adapt yourself well
  • You also want to get to know our production process and the sites in Tielt and Zele
  • You are eager to work with the business
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment
  • Knowledge of production environments is a plus
  • You speak Dutch and English. French is a plus
