Who are we?

As a 100 % Belgian company, modulyss designs, manufactures and supplies unique carpet tiles for the international contract market. At our production site in Zele (East Flanders), 200 enthusiastic colleagues work daily on products that challenge perception and exceed expectations. Moreover, we make sure that everything is done in an ethical and environmentally friendly way.

Your challenges:

You are the face of modulyss! Thanks to you, builders, architects and project developers are inspired to use our high-quality carpet tiles to finish their projects. You are in daily contact with them, so you are known as a solid business partner with high added value. You manage your portfolio in a constructive way. You are always looking for new projects and make the necessary contacts.

Who are you?

  • To be successful in this challenging position you ideally have extensive experience in the project market in your region.
  • Experience in the flooring sector is a plus but not a must. Your network is more important.
  • You are in possession of at least a Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience.
  • You are an entrepreneur at heart. You are a goalgetter who gets satisfaction from achieving targets and closing deals.
  • You are a real networker and have built up a lot of contacts with (interior) architects, project developers, interior builders, contractors, installers and distributors.
  • Hunting is in your blood. You have an eye for new opportunities and do not let any opportunity pass you by.
  • You understand that administration (CRM system, preparing quotes, ...) is a tool to achieve your goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • You communicate well and work smoothly with colleagues from all departments (sales, customer service, quality, R&D, ...)

Your talents?

  • You work autonomously, are organized and take initiative.
  • You preferably live in the Brussels region.
  • You are perfectly bilingual Dutch-French. Preferably you can also speak a little English.
  • You work from home but are actively present at the regular sales meetings.
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...)
  • You are in possession of a driving license B.
