Your challenges

  • As Key Account Sales Manager Europe you are responsible for the key accounts in regions such as Scandinavia, Belux and Southern Europe.
  • Your discussion partners within this customer base are a large network of retailers and wholesalers.
  • You will develop a growth strategy and look for new opportunities.
  • Your product range consists of high quality PA fitted carpets for both home use and commercial projects.
  • You are in daily contact with your customers and are their direct point of contact.
  • You will travel to the above countries approximately once a month.
  • You also work closely with other departments, including R&D, CSD and credit control.
  • You will work together with the responsible manager during your induction period.


Your talents

  • You have a Master or Bachelor degree with relevant experience in a sales role (min. 5 years)
    Knowledge of the market is a plus.
  • Affinity with interior, decoration, homestyling etc. is also welcome, but certainly not a must.
  • You feel at home with data, have strong market insights and figures help you smoothly in determining your strategy or business cases.
  • You like to work autonomously and take the initiative to pursue your goals.
  • You are a true bridge builder, charismatic and radiate confidence; our customers feel that you are knowledgeable and lead the projects to success.
  • Since you are responsible for a wide region, Dutch, French and English are an absolute must.
