Your challenges
- As a customer service officer you are responsible from A to Z for processing and following up customer orders in your segment and region.
- You inform your customers about our products, prices and delivery times.
- You anticipate possible obstacles and look for accurate solutions if necessary.
- In order to guarantee optimal service and quality, you work closely with your colleagues from other departments such as sales, production planning, transport, credit control, ...
- In a back-up role, if necessary, you also take to heart the follow-up of customers of your colleagues within the team.
- You will report to the customer service manager.
Your talents
- You know the importance of fast and accurate customer service from a relevant experience in a customer service function.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch, English and French.
- You are familiar with Excel and preferably have experience with SAP.
- You are customer and solution oriented and can adequately anticipate customer needs.
- You work accurately and are stress resistant.
