What will you do?

The main goal of this role is to manage, coach, support and mentor a team of 5 sales tigers.

You will be responsible for the management of the sales department in France.

  • Set targets, follow up the results and adjust where necessary to achieve the sales targets.
  • Coach your team in the realization of the defined strategic plan .
  • Create long term relationships with main partners and influencers together with the sales team
  • Develop together with your team and internal support the modulyss brand on the French market
  • Coordinating all the data from your team and using them to analyze your sales.

In this role you will rapport to the sales director BeNelux France MEA: Isabelle Degreef.


What are the skills we are looking for?

  • Experience in a B2B sales role regarding projects and specifications. We love someone who can lead by example, so experience is a must.
  • A manager, a coach, a motivator… we want someone who can be a real mentor to this dynamic team.
  • Someone who speaks, writes, thinks, breathes, dreams in both French and English.
  • As our main playfield is Ile de France, we want someone who lives in the bigger Paris area.
  • An analytical mindset to translate the French literature in clear figures and forecasts.
